What we’re doing
Are you a music nerd? If so, say goodbye to the days where talking about your favorite band only landed you weird looks and awkward silences at parties. At Every Album Ever, we love everything from Captain Beefheart to ABBA and everything in between.
Failing musician and music-lover Mike Mansour dissects a different album every week and an entire discography once a month. That’s right, all their albums…even the ones they wish you forgot. On those episodes, Mike (who is sometimes joined by fellow musician and music journalist Tom Osman, as well as his brother Robert) gives out his picks for that artist’s best and worst albums, in addition to his personal favorites and least favorites. Sometimes there’s overlap, sometimes there isn’t. For example, Nevermind is Mike’s least favorite Nirvana album—but in no way, shape, or form would he say it’s their worst album.
Come get down with the sickness with us every Tuesday at noon PT. If there’s an artist you’d like to hear us discuss, join our community at Patreon.com/everyalbumever!

Mike is a lifelong musician, composer, and music lover. He is the former frontman for the math rock band Broadbill, whom he recorded and released one album with. He currently makes music as Pander Monkey, which you can listen to here. Mike graduated from UCLA with a degree in Who Gives a Shit Because He’s a Musician. Needless to say, he is in desperate need of employment. You can follow him on Instagram @pandermonkey for various music-related nonsense.

Alex was the co-host of Every Album Ever for six and a half years and 331 episodes. He left because why in the world would he stay. Alex is a human database of all things film, music, and professional wrestling. He is currently DJing part-time, as well as slowly accumulating a video game collection too large for him to ever finish. In addition to attending more concerts than a full-time roadie, he is also a confrontational hamburger enthusiast who insists Fatburger is better than In-N-Out, despite the entire west coast disagreeing with him. Because of this, coupled with his massive and expensive vinyl collection, Alex is in constant fear for his life.
