I’m breaking down every album by anarcho punk band Zounds. Formed in Reading, Berkshire, England by Steve Lake in 1977, Zounds were closely associated with other anarcho punk bands like Crass, Flux of Pink Indians, and The Mob. After initially breaking up in 1982, Zounds reformed in 2001 and continued until their final breakup in 2025.
